TURIBA UNIVERSITY XXVI INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RADAR 2025"

In 2025, the conference was organized by the Faculty of Business Administration. The conference theme was designed as a meeting point for science and entrepreneurship, global and local contexts, and the private and public sectors. The conference provided a platform for discussions, exchange of experiences, and development of new collaboration models among scientists, entrepreneurs, and policymakers.

Researchers at the conference addressed critical questions regarding the importance of collaboration between researchers and entrepreneurs to create practically applicable scientific solutions, knowledge transfer promoting innovation implementation and business competitiveness, and the role of science in business, highlighting its capability to address international and national challenges.

The conference presented the annual results of the Turiba Business Index research, reflecting opinions from business managers and entrepreneurs across various industries, company sizes, regions, and both local and foreign-owned enterprises regarding Latvia's business environment and the factors influencing it. This is a unique business environment monitoring study that captures the current situation and provides a foundation for future forecasts based on indicator dynamics.

As in previous years, the conference included scientific research sessions where researchers from Turiba and other universities presented their work. There were eight thematic sessions organized, featuring more than 70 research presentations in total.
