Turība University Strengthens International Ties at the Central Baltic – Azerbaijan Business Forum in Baku
From October 20 to October 24, 2025, the Central Baltic – Azerbaijan Business Forum and Gala Event took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, bringing together business and institutional representatives from the Central Baltic region - Latvia, Estonia, and Finland - and Azerbaijan. The event was organized by the LEF Network Azerbaijan team in cooperation with the Caspian Energy Club, with the goal of fostering stronger economic and institutional collaboration between the regions.
Prior to the Forum, a series of B2B meetings were held among participating companies and organizations. These meetings aimed to establish direct dialogue between business representatives, discuss mutually beneficial projects, and explore new avenues for cooperation.
Turība University was represented at the event by Agnese Pilāne, Head of the International Office, who participated in discussions focused on promoting international cooperation and exploring opportunities for partnerships in education, research, and innovation. By taking part in the Forum, Turība University underscored its commitment to fostering international engagement and representing Latvia’s higher education sector within the global arena.
