Join the free “Living in Latvia” integration course
Have you recently arrived in Latvia and want to understand how things work here?
You’re warmly invited to join the free “Living in Latvia” integration course, specially designed for foreigners who have recently moved to Latvia.
The course will be held in English and will help you learn about key aspects of daily life in Latvia — from work and healthcare to culture and community.
📚 Topics we will cover:
- Latvian culture, society & language – getting to know your new home
- Immigration & legal basics
- Employment – rights, job search, working in Latvia
- Healthcare & social care systems – how to access services and support
- Education system – schools, kindergartens, adult learning
- Housing – finding a place to live and understanding rental agreements

- October 28 & 30, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- November 3 & 5, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
