Each session focuses on a critical stage of startup development:

  Learn how to validate ideas quickly using customer discovery and structured validation frameworks.
• 1 April – Business Model & Positioning
  Explore lean fundamentals to define your value proposition, target audience, and early revenue paths.
• 15 April – Building Faster with AI
  Discover practical AI workflows for research, prototyping, and go-to-market strategies.
• 29 April – Founder Realities in Latvia & Working with Investors
  Understand common early-stage pitfalls, local startup realities, investment readiness, and pitching essentials.
