The purpose of the processing of personal data is to inform data subjects about offers and news regarding Turiba University.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the point (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes of Article 6 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council “On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)”.
The data subject has the right to request the University to have access to his or her personal data, to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate personal data by submitting a justification for the request, to request for the limitation of the processing of personal data in cases specified in the law, as well as to object to the processing, with questions regarding the processing of his or her personal data or breaches, the person has the right to address with an application to the data protection officer of the University or to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority - the Data State Inspectorate.
The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without adverse effects, by sending a notification to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing, which is based on the consent prior to the withdrawal.
