The purpose of the processing of personal data is the registration of participants of the activities organized by the University (lectures, graduations, seminars, conferences, other extra-curricular activities), information on changes regarding the events and the presentation of events on the website of the University, social networks, and other communication channels, using photo, audio and video materials to display the events. Information on the source of information where participants of the events obtain information about the events organized by the University and status (Student/Employee/Graduate/Guest) is gathered for the marketing needs of the University in order to assess the interest of the target audience on the activities organized by the University and the need for their development.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the point (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes of Article 6 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council “On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)”.
The data obtained may be transferred in full or in part to the website www.mitto.me.
When registering for the events organized by the University, the personal data indicated in the application will be stored in the database of the website www.mitto.me. Within 30 (thirty) days, the data indicated in the registration form will be deleted from the database of the website www.mitto.me. Personal data included in the registration form will be stored in the University for 30 (thirty) days after the event, or, if the person has subscribed to receive newsletters on following events organized by the University, until the date of receipt of a withdrawal.
The data subject has the right to request the University to have access to his or her personal data, to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate personal data by submitting a justification for the request, to request for the limitation of the processing of personal data in cases specified in the law, as well as to object to the processing, with questions regarding the processing of his or her personal data or breaches, the person has the right to address with an application to the data protection officer of the University or to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority - the Data State Inspectorate.
The personal data of the data subject is used only for the processing of the data stated above.
The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without adverse effects, by sending a notification to the e-mail address email@example.com. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing, which is based on the consent prior to the withdrawal.
