Mums studentiem ikdienas dzīve ir ļoti piesātināta un steidzīga, tādēļ jau pēc kāda laiciņa jūtam ka stresa, uztura un citu faktoru ietekmē sāk pieklibot veselība. Tādēļ es devos pie ģimenes ārstes Māras Rozneres, lai noskaidrotu kā sevi saglabāt gan miesa, gan garā veselu.

Vai ēst regulāri ir svarīgi?

Jā, tas ir ļoti svarīgi. Vislabāk, ja students brokastis, pusdienas un vakariņas var saplānot noteiktos laikos. Ieteicams ēst mazas porcijas, bet regulāri. Ēdienreižu starplaikos nevajadzētu aizrauties ar kādām uzkodām. Neievērojot regulāras ēdienreizes var iedzīvoties dažādās kunģa problemās, piemēram- kunģa čūlā.

Kas ir vēl būisks cilvēka veselībai izņemot ēdienu?

Tas ir miegs un protams pietiekama atpūta. Studiju procesā un arī ārpus tā vajag pietiekami labi izgulēties- ne mazāk kā septiņas stundas, izvedināta telpa un ērta guļvieta. Miega kvalitāti ietekmē arī tas cik vēlu esam ēduši. Tas ietekmē ne tikai miega kvalitāti, bet arī visa organisma veselību un mūsu organisma pašsajūtu pamostoties no rīta.

Mūsu gadsimta nereta parādība ir stress. Ko jūs ieteiktu, lai ar to tiktu galā?

Ļoti svarīgs ir vitamīniem bagāts uzturs, kas palīdz uzturēt mūsu ķermeni fiziski veselu, fiziskas aktivitātes, svaigs gaiss un pietiekama atpūta. Domaju, ka jau no bērnības mums ir jāmacās plānot gan darba, gan mācību laiks. Pēc slodzes ķermenim ir nepieciešama atpūta- kāda neliela pastaiga vai jebkura cita veida atslodze.

Dažkārt šķiet, ka mūslaiku students ir tas, kam piemīt gan neveselīga ēšana, gan negulētas naktis, steiga un stress. Kādi būtu jūsu padomi, kā ar to cīnīties?

Es ieteiktu visu iepriekš manis pieminēto. Kā arī varbūt reizēm apstāties dzīves steigā, izrauties no pilsētas steigas un vairāk būt pie dabas. Pilnvertīgi atpūsties un izbaudīt jau to kas mums pieder, tad arī cilveks būs gan fiziski, gan garīgi vesels. Vesels cilvēks ir laimīgs cilvēks.
