Students can apply for e-cards (0)

Full time students of Riga’s higher education institutions can apply for personalised e-cards. Students have to fill in and sign a form designed by Rigas satiksmes (Riga transport) to apply for e-cards. Personalised e-cards or cards with photo registered for a particular student is compulsory for full time students who wish to buy monthly season tickets for public transport with a Riga city council discount of 50%.
 
Full time students who wish to avail the discount starting from 1st March 2009 have to print out   the application form from the webpage: http://etalons.rigassatiksme.lv/files/etalons_jaunie_atl_e.pdf,
fill it in and testify the data with one’s signature. Duly filled application forms along with a latest passport size photo (3 X 4 cm) should be submitted at one of the Riga transport mobile customer centres and it is necessary to present your student identification. The application form can also be submitted by presenting your student identification at the Riga transport ticket office, International bus terminal at, Brīvības street 191 and Kurzemes prospect 137.
 
Students of the School of Business Administration Turiba have the opportunity of handing in their application forms at the Students’ Council, Room C218 from Monday to Thursday 12:00 – 15:00
