Apply for Baltic Real Estate Olympiad! (0)

The purpose of the Olympiad is to offer students and journalists from Estonia and Latvia an opportunity to test themselves in an actual real estate development project, get feedback from professionals, accumulate experience as well as make new and valuable contacts.
The task for the students will be to develop the best business plan for real estate project in Riga or Tallinn. 
To enter the Olympiad, the participants have to be at least third year Bachelor’s or Master’s program students. Participants will work in teams (2-4 people), but also individual applicants can apply.
The winning team is awarded 1200 euros, the first runner-up - 800 euros and the second runner-up – 400 euros. In addition to the above, 1000 euros will be donated to the home universities of the most successful students in the competition.

The opening event of the Olympiad will take place on October 5th at 16.00 in Tallinn in Hansapank headquarters (Liivalaia 12) on the 9th floor and on October 6th at 16.00 in Riga in Hansabanka headquarters (Balasta dambis 1a) on the 25th floor. The Olympiad is organized by Estonian real estate company Metro Capital Management.
