APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1.The student shall fill in the application form:
- for Bachelor studies
- for Master studies
- for Doctoral studies
- for study modules
2. The candidate shall send the following documents by post:
- Duly completed and signed application form
- Copy of the apostilled secondary education document
- Copy of apostilled latest graduation certificate if necessary (applying for master’s or doctoral study programme)
- IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge English language certificate if the candidate has successfully passed such an exam (if not, see point 4)
- Remittance order certifying payment of application fee (see point 3)
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of passport
- One photo 3cm x4 cm
Additional documents applying for doctoral studies:
- research paper on the topic chosen for research / doctoral paper
3. The candidate shall transfer the application fee EUR 100, which is nonrefundable to the Turība account. Applications will be evaluated only after receiving registration fee.
The fee shall be remitted to the following account:

4. If the candidate does not have IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge English language certificate, then after contacting the International project manager (Kristine.Tihanova@turiba.lv), he/she has to complete the Turība English language test, which is to be done online by registering with a username and password that can be obtained from the International project manager (password and username will be issued only after student has paid the registration fee and has sent application documents). Language test is free of charge.
