Politicians, businessmen and NGO representatives are invited to attend the International Political Marketing Forum (0)

From 2nd till 5th August 2017 in Latvia will be held the International Political Marketing Forum (Political Marketing Forum) with support by Turiba University and Friedrich Ebert Foundation. In the forum 50 scholars and practitioners will take part, they are from all the world, representing countries such as the USA, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden, etc. The Forum's main event will be a conference and discussions organized by the Faculty of Communication of Turiba University which will be held on 3rd August in university’s premises (Graudu Street 68, Riga).

Among the participants will be  internationally recognized practitioners as Professor Bruce Newman from the US, who has been a consultant for the presidential elections and in the forum will speak about his research on current events in world politics. In the conference will be discussed such topics  as Trump’s phenomenon and possible next forward actions and will be searched for answers to questions- or "Brexit" was a unique case which will not occur again, what to put off to the Russian propaganda, why in  post-Soviet space is not going the political dialogue, which is the newest marketing tools in election battle and how to overcome intercultural communication barriers and cope with migration.

The language of forum is English.

The Latvian politicians, businessmen and NGO representatives are invited to speak and discuss topics in the International political marketing forum. Full forum topic list can be found HERE, but the precise agenda will be known after 1st May when all forum members will send in their themes.
