Faculty of International Tourism enters into a Cooperation Agreement with AHLEI (9)
The Turiba University Faculty of International Tourism has signed an agreement with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) for organisation of AHLEI courses for the students. The agreement was signed in February, 2013, and it provides AHLEI with the rights to hold courses for both students of Turiba and industry representatives on topics associated with tourism. The training will be both held in person and guided online by the trainers, providing access to AHLEI training materials for the individual work by the students.
Upon successfully completing the courses all participants will receive certificates widely recognised in countries across Europe and in the whole world.
The first course to be offered to the students will be on the business of hospitality service.
American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute is a non-governmental organisation established in 1953, and its activities are focused on providing good quality education in the area of hospitality service, training and professional certification, by serving the needs of the educational establishments and the industry across the world.
Above 1,500 universities, colleges, vocational training establishments and government institutions in the whole world have used the services of AHLEI.
