Alise Timofejeva, the graduate of Turiba University, was awarded at the student's scientific research work competition (1)
At Student’s Scientific Research Work competition in 2017, hosted by The Latvian investment and development agency (LIDA), the reward was given to Alise Timofejeva, a graduate with a Professional Master’s degree in “Tourism Strategic Management’’ from Turība University in year 2017/2018.
The Tourism department of LIDA rewarded the Master’s research work “Latvian tourism marketing’s strategy for South Korea market’s attracion’’.
The goal of the competition was to promote significant questions regarding the research of Latvian tourism, development of inovative ideas, tourism target market’s research, analysis of tourism production, development and movement into market, implementation of modern technology solutions in tourism industry also to promote student’s scientific research work in tourism operations, involve students and higher education authorities to resolve important questions of tourism fields, to promote cooperation among universities and institutions representing tourism industries.
The works were judged by commission specially designed by the director of The Latvian investment and development agency (LIDA). The reward was given in the Latvian Tourism forum in year 2017.
