On 14 December 2013 in Turiba University solemnly two Turiba University doctor’s degree diplomas were awardered. In the winter graduation which this year turned into double celebration diploma, Turiba Doctorate gold coin and traditional academic hat were awarded to the new doctorates of the law J.Bramanis and U.Skrastiņa. Starting from 13 of November Turiba students and employees can attend yoga classes which will take place in Turiba premises and which will be led by the naturopathy and yoga specialist from India – Brigu. Classes will take place every Wednesday at 8.00 a.m. in the Turiba conference hall.
